His key management experience includes; operations, corporate business and expansion, technical problem solving, organizational improvement, personnel development, and process improvement resulting in increased profit. In addition to direct contracting experience, he has executed numerous projects while working as a consultant with a CM at Risk contract operating as a general contractor.
His project experience includes rail, cultural structures (museums), high-rise office buildings, educational facilities, marine structures, hotels, steel mills, automobile manufacturing facilities, hospitals, highways, airports, infrastructure and nuclear power plant facilities. Â

Personal Experience
Senior Project Manager for King Abdullah Economic City. A major construction undertaking that requires the design and construction of a complete city on the Red Sea. The project has 22 miles of shoreline, and is in excess of 168 Square kilometres. Responsible for the Industrial District which has a projected construction cost of 26 Billion U.S.D. Direct management responsibilities for preconstruction and construction which includes, site work, infrastructure (including proposed rail), dredging, bridges, and all building construction. Also tasked with complete infrastructure project management for the 168 square kilometre site, including main gate entrance, auxiliary entrance gates and associated highway reconstruction.
 Chief Construction Manager on a 758 hectare project for Qatar Foundation’s Education City site. Construction totalled 5 plus billion US dollars which included multi structures and accompanying infrastructure, responsible for all construction management activities and senior management interface issues.
Senior Project Manager for a new 1 billion dollar automobile manufacturing facility. Provided construction coordination and interfaced with the owner to ensure project schedule milestones were achieved. Directed and coordinated efforts of subcontractors and assisted with technical problem solving.
Senior Project Director for multi sites in Korea; projects varied from High-Rise construction and Industrial facilities to a 607ha redevelopment site with varying structure types. A large number of the projects were executed as CM at risk contracts; operating as a general contractor.
Senior Director Board of Directors Macau, China LLC, Business Unit provided business direction to the country manager and assisted with senior level business development when required, gave guidance related to growth and suggested direction regarding long term business opportunities, reviewed and approved yearly business plans.
